Hotel Advice is an independent hotel agent operating predominately throughout Europe, Scandinavia and small part of the US.
Hotel Advice required a central reservations platform to:
- Catalogue their proprietary hotel portfolio and make it available to a B2c audience online
- Make both telephone and online based hotel bookings through an easy to use bookings system
- Centralise their telephone booking services from three offices based in London, Barcelona and Copenhagen needing to consolidate their room inventory
- Allow hotel owners access to their own hotel room inventories to be able to change both price and allocations
- Allow users to access their bookings online and facilitate a customer care section where users can manage their own booking without the need to call the call centre for help
- The platform to revolve around a sophisticated search mechanism that allows users to search for hotel availability based on specified user preferences
- An email marketing module which allows Hotel Advice to communicate its sppecial offers and promotion to its email subscribers
